West Africa shares an excellent time-zone overlap with US markets — close to GMT, with the NYSE opening during your afternoon for a clean trading window.
Local time zone: WAT (UTC+1). Trade the US market afternoon — the NYSE opens at 3:30pm WAT and closes around 9.5:00pm WAT.
